"Customer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing or using our products/services.
"Products" include all machinery, molds, automation systems, and software.
"Services" encompass installation, maintenance, training, and technical support.

You must be at least 18 years old or a legally authorized business representative to use our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Customers must comply with all applicable Indian and international laws, including export controls and industrial safety regulations.
All orders are subject to written confirmation from Goodlinewave.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspicious activity.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms:
50% advance payment for custom machinery orders.
Balance due before shipment.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card (subject to processing fees).
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
Customs/duties (for international orders) are the customer’s responsibility.
12-month warranty on mechanical components (excludes wear-and-tear parts).
6-month warranty on software and electronic controls.
Warranty void if:
Products are misused, modified, or improperly maintained.
Repairs are performed by unauthorized personnel.
Goodlinewave is not liable for:
Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Loss of profits or production downtime.
Failures caused by third-party components.
Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to:
Natural disasters
War, strikes, or government actions
Supply chain disruptions
All designs, patents, software, and technical documentation remain our exclusive property.
Unauthorized reverse engineering, copying, or resale of our products is prohibited.
Machine performance data may be collected for diagnostics and improvement.

Customer responsibilities:
Provide adequate power supply and facility requirements.
Ensure operator training compliance.
We may suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are overdue.
Safety protocols are violated.

Governing Law: Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Jurisdiction: Courts in Rajasthan, India.
Arbitration: Disputes will first attempt resolution via mediation.
